Request Account Deletion
Users may also request permanent deletion of their Tutufy account.
Please note that account deletion may be restricted or delayed if:
- there is an active shipment, dispute, investigation, or unresolved transaction,
- the account is under review for fraud or policy violations,
- or certain records must be retained for compliance purposes.
Once completed, deleted accounts may no longer be recoverable.

- Your registered email address or phone number
- A brief description of your request
For security purposes, Tutufy may request identity verification before processing deletion requests.
1.2 PROCESSING TIMELINE
Most requests are reviewed and processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the nature of the request and any applicable compliance obligations.
